Most kettles hit a number and let it slide. Halcyon's element cycles in the background to hold your chosen temperature within 1°C for up to twenty minutes — long enough to grind, weigh, and bloom without rushing.
A spout built for a slow, even circle
The gooseneck narrows gradually, not abruptly, so the flow rate barely changes between a full kettle and a nearly empty one. That's the difference between an even extraction and a bitter, over-agitated one.
Brushed stainless, inside and out
No coatings to wear off, no plastic touching hot water. The double-wall body keeps the handle cool to the touch and keeps your water hotter for longer between pours.
